This Privacy Policy explains how MOS2Career LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“MOS2Career,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the MOS2Career website, career-transition tools, Personalized Career Blueprints, support services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Important military-data notice: Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, proprietary government or contractor information, passwords, access credentials, sensitive operational details, or other information you are not authorized to disclose.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect information such as:

Name and email address.
Career-profile information you choose to provide, such as military branch, MOS, NEC, AFSC, rating, rank, years of service, education, general clearance status, career goals, work preferences, skills, and duties.
Career-match results, Blueprint inputs, generated recommendations, and related submission or reference identifiers.
Messages and information you submit through our support forms or email.
Technical information that may be generated when you access the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and basic server or security logs.

2. Payment Information

Payments for paid MOS2Career products are processed by Stripe. MOS2Career does not need to store your full payment-card number on its own systems. Stripe may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may receive transaction information from Stripe, such as payment status, amount, transaction identifiers, customer email, and related checkout information needed to fulfill an order or provide support.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
Generate career matches and Personalized Career Blueprints.
Translate military experience into civilian-career language.
Process and fulfill purchases.
Deliver purchased reports and service-related email.

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

MOS2Career uses artificial-intelligence services to help generate and structure career-transition content.

Information you submit may be processed by our AI service providers for the purpose of producing the requested MOS2Career output.

AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed before relying on it for career, employment, education, certification, salary, or other decisions.

5. Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate the Services. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to perform their services.

Current categories of providers include:

Stripe for payment processing.
Netlify for website hosting, forms, functions, and related infrastructure.
OpenAI for AI-assisted generation and processing.
Resend for transactional email delivery.
Domain, DNS, security, analytics, or other infrastructure providers used to operate the website.

6. How We Share Information
