Terms of Service
Effective date: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MOS2Career, a service operated by MOS2Career LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, including the MOS2Career website, military-to-civilian career translation tools, Personalized Career Blueprints, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. About MOS2Career
MOS2Career LLC provides informational career-transition tools designed to help military members, veterans, and other users understand how military experience may translate into civilian careers.
Services may include career matches, military-to-civilian skill translations, qualification-gap analysis, certification suggestions, compensation information, resume guidance, interview preparation, employer suggestions, and career action plans.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase paid MOS2Career Services.
3. Information You Provide
MOS2Career recommendations depend substantially on the information you provide. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You should not falsely claim military qualifications, education, certifications, licenses, security clearances, experience, awards, accomplishments, or other credentials.
4. AI-Assisted Services
MOS2Career may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze information provided by users and assist in generating career matches, skill translations, recommendations, written content, and Personalized Career Blueprints.
AI-generated or AI-assisted information can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or interpretations that may not apply to your individual circumstances. Users should independently verify important information before making employment, education, certification, financial, or career decisions.
5. Personalized Career Blueprint
MOS2Career offers a Personalized Career Blueprint as a paid digital product. The current purchase price displayed at checkout applies at the time of purchase.
The Blueprint is created using information submitted by the customer and may include career recommendations, skill translations, qualification gaps, certification strategies, compensation information, employer suggestions, resume strategies, interview preparation, and an action plan.
Blueprint contents vary based on the information supplied by each customer.
6. Payment
Payments for paid MOS2Career Services are processed by a third-party payment processor. By purchasing a paid Service, you authorize the applicable purchase amount, taxes, and other charges disclosed at checkout.
MOS2Career does not require customers to provide payment-card information directly through the career translator.
7. Digital Delivery
Personalized Career Blueprints are digital products and are normally delivered electronically to the email address associated with the customer's order.
Delivery times may vary because of processing delays, email-provider filtering, system availability, third-party service interruptions, or other technical issues.
Customers who do not receive their Blueprint should contact support@mos2career.com and provide their M2C Reference ID when available.
8. Refunds
Because the Personalized Career Blueprint is a customized digital product whose generation may begin automatically after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once generation has begun.
MOS2Career may provide a refund, replacement, regeneration, or other appropriate remedy when a customer is charged but MOS2Career cannot generate or deliver the purchased Blueprint, when a technical failure produces a substantially incomplete or unusable product that cannot reasonably be corrected, or when a duplicate charge is confirmed.
Additional details are provided in the MOS2Career Refund and Delivery Policy.
9. Career Recommendations Are Informational
MOS2Career provides career-planning information and guidance. MOS2Career is not an employer, staffing agency, government agency, educational institution, licensing authority, certification body, or security-clearance adjudication authority.
Recommendations should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a user qualifies for a particular position or will be selected, interviewed, hired, promoted, licensed, certified, admitted to a program, or granted or retain a security clearance.
10. Compensation and Salary Information
Salary ranges, compensation estimates, and similar information are provided for career-planning purposes only.
Actual compensation can vary substantially based on location, employer, experience, qualifications, industry, economic conditions, clearance requirements, negotiation, and other factors.
MOS2Career does not guarantee any particular salary, compensation level, or financial outcome.
11. Certifications, Education, and Licensing
Certification, education, training, and licensing recommendations are informational suggestions. Requirements can change and may vary by employer, jurisdiction, credentialing organization, or profession.
Users are responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the appropriate employer, educational institution, licensing authority, or credentialing organization.
12. Security Clearances
References to security clearances are intended only for general career-planning purposes. MOS2Career does not determine clearance eligibility and does not guarantee that a clearance will be granted, transferred, maintained, renewed, or accepted by an employer or government agency.
13. Employers and Third-Party Services
MOS2Career may identify employers, career resources, certification providers, educational resources, or other third parties that may be relevant to a user's career goals.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, identifying a third party does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or a guarantee of services or employment.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MOS2Career to:
- violate applicable law;
- submit information you are not authorized to disclose;
- attempt to interfere with or compromise the Services;
- gain unauthorized access to MOS2Career systems;
- introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- misrepresent your identity or qualifications for fraudulent purposes;
- abuse, scrape, or automatically access the Services in a manner that disrupts normal operation.
15. Intellectual Property
MOS2Career's website design, branding, software, systems, templates, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, customers may use a purchased Personalized Career Blueprint for their own personal career-development, job-search, resume, networking, and professional-development purposes.
16. Service Availability
MOS2Career may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may perform maintenance or make changes necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement.
17. No Professional Advice
MOS2Career does not provide legal, tax, financial, security-clearance, or other regulated professional advice. Career guidance provided through the Services should be evaluated together with your own circumstances and, where appropriate, advice from qualified professionals.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
MOS2Career does not warrant that recommendations will be completely accurate, current, error-free, or suitable for every user or circumstance.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOS2Career will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services, career decisions, employment outcomes, third-party services, or reliance on information provided through MOS2Career.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOS2Career's aggregate liability arising from a purchased Personalized Career Blueprint will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable purchase.
20. Changes to These Terms
MOS2Career may update these Terms as the Services evolve or as necessary to address legal, regulatory, security, or operational requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
